This section provides information about physically securing domain controllers. Because of this threat, domain controllers should be secured separately and more stringently than the general infrastructure. Compromising a domain controller can provide the most direct path to destruction of member servers, workstations, and Active Directory. What matters isn't how long an attacker has privileged access to Active Directory, but how much the attacker has planned for the moment when privileged access is obtained. If privileged access to a domain controller is obtained by a malicious user, they can modify, corrupt, or destroy the AD DS database and, by extension, all of the systems and accounts that are managed by Active Directory.īecause domain controllers can read from and write to anything in the AD DS database, compromise of a domain controller means that your Active Directory forest can never be considered trustworthy again, unless you can recover using a known good backup and to close the gaps that allowed the compromise.ĭepending on an attacker's preparation, tooling, and skill, irreparable damage can be completed in minutes to hours, not days or weeks. We are temporarily disabling Mei to address a bug with her Ice Wall ability that. In Overwatch 2, Mei’s ultimate is among the most useful on the roster. This means she will be completely gone from the game for two weeks. Blizzard is removing Mei from Overwatch 2 until mid November PC Gamer. Description: Mei launches a weather control drone that freezes enemies in a wide area. She will return to the game with a new patch. Her weapons include an Endothermic Blaster that shoots ice, a healing Cryo-Freeze device, an Ice Wall, and a Blizzard attack that covers a large AoE. Blizzard has revealed that Mei will be back in Overwatch 2 on November 15th. Being a damage hero, she can be used to effectively annoy enemies like Junker Queen. Why was Mei removed from Overwatch 2 Mei is a Chinese scientist who uses her arsenal of ice-controlling gadgets to fend off her foes. That said, it's time for Mei's fans to celebrate as she's one of the deadliest heroes in the game. However, at the end of the day, the developers have something in mind, and these reworks aren't random at all. The community was quite unhappy with the fact that these heroes were getting further reworks. After being disabled for two weeks, the developers have finally announced that Mei will be going live in the game once again alongside the upcoming patch on November 15.Īpart from Mei, a couple of other heroes will also be receiving a rework in the upcoming patch of Overwatch 2. Mei, on the other hand, was the latest hero to face such a predicament. Bastion can now be found in the game, in both unranked and competitive queues. The launch of Overwatch 2 has been quite rocky so far, as server issues, bugs. ![]() If only there was a hero in the game that could use it.After being disabled for quite some time, the developers finally fixed the bug. Mei is another Damage hero in Overwatch 2 that utilizes an Endothermic Blaster, which sprays ice onto enemies, damaging and slowing them down. Mei’s Endothermic Blaster freezes her enemies, while her abilities are designed to block enemy counterattacks and contest objectives for as long as possible. Mei’s weapons and abilities have one primary goal: slowing the enemy down and eliminating them. Blizzard Entertainment tweeted Monday that it’s taking Overwatch 2 hero Mei offline. Her primary weapon slows foes down, while her Ice Wall ability can. Mei, Overwatch 2’s arctic explorer, is a damage hero all about ice. Overwatch 2 is losing another hero, this time for about two weeks. That is, unless something changes from the patch notes Blizzard released last month (opens in new tab). Mei is a hybrid support and DPS character whose abilities can inflict debuffs on enemies and help control the battlefield. Sojourn, the new railgun-toting hero who, by most people's estimation, is absurdly powerful at the moment, won't be getting any changes. Overwatch League viewers who caught the grand finals already saw the patch in action: Zarya's unstoppable reign is over, Genji has been swapped out for Reaper, and Sombra isn't played at all. The rest of the patch includes balance changes to over-performing heroes, including Genji, D.Va, Zarya, Sombra, and Kiriko. Description: Mei launches a weather control drone that freezes enemies in a wide area. If Mei doesn't return later today, she will have been out of the game longer than the robot. Before Mei, Blizzard removed Bastion (opens in new tab) for two weeks while they fixed an exploit with his ultimate ability. Timothy had a great advantage in being trained up under such a tutor, and being apprised of the doctrine he preached. It also looks awesome! This is a sexy shoe. It may be a challenge to get the fit perfect for some, but it works well enough and you never need to lace or unlace your shoes ever again which may seem like a simple pleasure but in actuality is a surprising luxury. There’s not an ounce of extra padding, and surprisingly I really enjoyed that about this shoe. I really liked this shoe, I hated cutting it in half. Since the lacing structure doesn’t allow you to fully unlace and open up the shoe, a pull tab would really help. That’s the one thing this shoe is missing. The last thing I need to mention is that it really needs a heel loop. Salomon did add a small mesh lace garage to the top of the tongue, but when the shoe is laced up tightly it’s really hard to get the excess lace into the garage… The poor design here, and if you have narrow feet, you may have a lot of extra lace hanging around. One annoyance, the laces have a rubber pull tab and it bounces around a lot. It’s a stoutly built shoe that won’t pack out or deteriorate quickly. And the upper is crisscrossed with thick welded overlays. Everything is stiffer on this shoe and when it comes to the outsole that translates into durability. One thing I noticed, the outsole is also firmer than average shoes at 81.5HC durometer compared to 75.1HC. I’d love to see the next version a touch lighter though. It’s also lost about 20g from the previous model so Salomon is going in the right direction. The shoe feels nimble under foot thanks to its narrower platform, so the weight is not noticed. Sense Ride 4 doesn’t weigh you downĪt 10.5 (297g) ounces the Sense Ride 4 is not really a lightweight shoe, but it’s not overly heavy either. ![]() I found myself just loosening these after a run and lounging in them a bit rather than feeling the need to immediately take them off post-effort. This is a small thing, but I also like that in the fully loosened position, the shoe still fits well enough to wear around, and there’s no lace ends dragging on the ground. It's also low to the ground which I love, with just 19mm of the stack under the forefoot, I feel in touch with the terrain compared to most shoes with towering stacks in the high 20s-low 30s. It’s stiff, I’ve mentioned this, but this doesn’t mean it’s bad. Lastly, Salomon outfits the Sense Ride 4 with an Ortholite insole for a bit of added comfort, but it’s thin, at 2.8mm it’s nearly half the thickness of average insoles (4.5mm), again giving it minimal padding and catering to runners who desire a stiffer platform. It’s not bouncy and it doesn't absorb a ton of impact, but it doesn’t hinder the shoe from flexing with your foot, and it leads to a consistent ride and an efficient transfer of energy through every step. With both foams being stiffer than average, the shoe feels tempered underfoot. Normally I’d want softer foam under the heel to help absorb more impact when landing, so it’s interesting Salomon adds firmer foam back here. Git upstream: Keep up-to-date and contribute ![]() In this blog, I’ll introduce you to the basics, the gotchas, and even leave you with a cool tip to get you ahead of the curve. To make sure all contributors are drawing from the same place, you’ll need to know some principles of how git forking interacts with git upstream. But if you’re not sending those changes back upstream-which means sending it back to the parent repository-you’re at risk for losing track of them, which can cause divergent lines in your repository. Forking projects to make your own changes lets you easily integrate your own contributions. The secondary display sits on the left side of the handlebar and is mainly used for changing the pedal assist level and showing the battery life. Steep hills won’t seem as steep, and high speeds won’t be as hard to maintain. Regardless of the way you use the RadRover 6 Plus, having some extra wattage in the reserves will be highly beneficial. When the Rover uses all 750W of its power there aren’t a lot of hills it won’t be able to ascend, especially if you’re pedaling. ![]() Considering the fact that the Rover weighs over 70 lbs the speed I carried was pretty impressive to me. On the throttle only test it did make a little bit of a “whirring” noise, but it was rare that I dropped below 10 mph. I noticed the motor rarely reached its maximum output of 750W, it usually was able to get up steep hills and hover around top speed with around 600-650W.ĭuring our hill test the motor handled the steep grade very well. The motor has enough torque to take over for riders on steep hills and other areas that would normally cause rider fatigue. While the motor definitely is capable of quick acceleration and large bursts of power, the way it is calibrated makes for safe levels of acceleration while still being quick enough to get up to speed fast.
